- Check available VFS appointments before paying in ApplyVisa, then print and sign its cover letter and submit the documents and biometrics at the VAC.
- Apply to the main destination; for equal stays, the first country of entry.
- Ordinary short visits share the 90-days-in-180 limit.
- Lodge normally up to six months before travel and at least 15 days before departure; decisions may take up to 45 days.
